Landline with professional headset
High speed solid connection
Computer, preferably desktop, with CPU 2.5 MHz or greater, 6GB free Ram
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, excel, and outlook
Familiarity with Skype (preferably including a skype compatible headset)
Quiet work environment
Training would be M-F, hours depending. After training, a permanent schedule will be established. We are a 24/7 call center, so we will have all shifts available.
